1. What DAGCity is

DAGCity is a city-building game that grows from the BlockDAG chain. During the closed test it is offered free of charge, to a small group of invited players, so that we can test the game before a public launch.

2. DAG$ is an in-game currency

DAG$ is the currency of the game. It cannot be withdrawn or exchanged back, and it is not an investment. Every price, income, loan and balance in DAGCity is part of the game and has no value outside it.

There are no real payments in this phase: you cannot buy DAG$ with money or crypto, and nothing you do in the game costs you anything. If real payments are added later, these terms will be updated first and you will be asked to accept the new version.

3. Your account

You sign in with Telegram. One account per person: bots, scripts that play for you and multiple accounts are not allowed. Keep your Telegram account safe; only confirm a sign-in in the DAGCity bot if you started it yourself and the code matches the one on your screen.

A wallet is not needed to play. You will only be asked to link one (BDAG, USDT or USDC) for a transaction with real money, and there are none during the closed test. If you choose to link a wallet, one wallet can belong to only one account.

4. Fair play

The game rules are published on the Rules page and are part of these terms. Exploiting a bug cancels what was gained with it; doing it again can lead to the suspension of the account (Rules, Art. 15). Please report bugs with the “Report a bug / Feedback” button instead.

5. A test phase

This is a test. The city may be reset (a new genesis), rules and numbers may change, and the service may be interrupted. Every change to the rules is listed in “Changes” on the Rules page. We will try to keep your account when the city is reset, but your in-game progress may start again from zero.

6. Content

Nicknames, billboard texts and business proposals must not be offensive, illegal or misleading. We may hide such content or rename it, and suspend accounts that repeat it.

7. No warranty

The game is provided “as is”, without any warranty. We are not liable for the loss of in-game progress or of DAG$, which has no value outside the game.
